Refund policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all one-time media packages purchased from Prensia (89 rue Vaudreuil, Gatineau, Québec, Canada). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.
Before we start work
If you cancel your order before our team has begun preparing your draft, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us through our contact form as soon as possible after purchase.
While your draft is in progress
Once we have started researching and writing your draft, a partial refund may be available at our discretion, reflecting the work already completed, provided the article has not yet been submitted for approval.
After you approve the draft and it is published
Publication is final and cannot be undone once an outlet has released your article. Because delivery is considered complete at that point, purchases are non-refundable after the approved draft has been published. This includes cases where a business later changes its mind about the coverage it approved.
If we miss the delivery timeline
If we fail to deliver a first draft within the timeframe stated for your package (measured from when you provide all required information), you may request a full refund or choose to continue waiting for delivery, at your discretion.
What is not covered
We do not offer refunds based on the performance of published coverage, including but not limited to search rankings, AI-assistant citations, website traffic, or lead generation, since these depend on third-party platforms outside our control. See our Terms of Service, section "No AI-citation or ranking guarantee," for details.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please use our contact form with your order details. We review all requests and aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
